Alternations in the personal details

It is possible to change the personal details after logging in the mail order system.

In case of the Newsletter, the invalid address should be removed from the database, by typing it in the space provided for subscription and clicking letter “x” after it (in the service it means removing the invalid address from the database). In order to give the new address, it should be typed in and followed by the arrow (in the service it is read as confirming your willingness to subscribe the Newsletter.

Erasing the personal details

If you wish to end you Newsletter subscription, you should erase the invalid address by typing it at the www.tolpa.pl , in the space provided for subscription, and follow it with the “x” (in our service it means erasing the address from the database). It is also possible to end your Newsletter subscription clicking on the link, provided in the Newsletter, saying “erase me from the list”.

In order to erase the personal details from our mail order database, it is necessary to contact us by phone or email (e.g. using the form at Contact, www.tolpa.pl)

Final Provisions

We reserve the right to send commercial information in a form of the Newsletter, using the details given in the mail order logging system (the TOŁPA Club), as well as to use them in advertising campaigns organised by the Torf Corporation – Fabryka Leków, Ltd. (e.g. in competitions, loyalty programs, etc.). In order to end your subscription, click the proper link given in the Newsletter, saying “erase me from the list”.

A person providing us with the personal details accepts the Privacy Policy assumptions, and the resulting from it use of the data.
